Undertrial free download 720p is an upcoming Malayalam feature film starring Mohanlal and Navya Nair in the lead roles. The film is written and directed by renowned director Bharathan under the banner of UTV Motion Pictures. This film marks his first solo venture after collaborating for many films with actor-director Priyadarsan. This movie will be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under his Aasapthami cinemas banner which includes actor Dileep as a board member of the company, making Undertrial movie one of the most anticipated films in 2018. The story opens on a normal day at Kerala High Court registry office, where two lawyers meet to discuss their cases over lunch. The first lawyer is a senior advocate who runs a legal aid clinic and the second one is a public prosecutor. After they complete their discussion, they attend sessions of court. The first case that came up for hearing was an alleged murder case, which happened in the year 1995 at Kottayam district. Pious Mathew (Mohanlal) was sentenced to death by trial court but his appeal from the Supreme Court has been accepted and he is now on probation. The next hearing for this case will be held on a particular day in a few years' time. When Pious comes out from the court after attending the session, both lawyers met him and told him that there were some new developments regarding his case. Pious was taken to his native place in Kottayam district, where his mother (Kaviyoor Ponnamma) and relatives were waiting for him. His mother tells Pious that he should return to their village and not stay in the city. Pious asks her about his sister Sreelakshmi (Manju Warrier), to which she replies that he left the village when their father died. When she asks him whether he knew it or not, Pious says that his sister had eloped with a man who was older than their father. He further elaborates saying that the name of the person would remain unchanged even if one changes his residence. When she asks him about his father, Pious replies that he had died in 1982 and she took all her daughter-in-laws to the village. After hearing this news, Pious goes back to the city and decides to stay there till his sister comes back. When his mother asks him whether he went back to the village for Sreelakshmi's sake, Pious says that it is because of their past history. It is then revealed that Sreelakshmi had eloped with a man named Babaji (Dileep) who used to stay at Valiyangadi in Kottayam district after their father died. In fact, Sreelakshmi was still living in the village with Babaji. The next day, while Pious is going to his office to discuss about a case with a junior lawyer, he sees Sreelakshmi coming from the opposite direction. He then runs towards her and takes her to a nearby shop. Later, when the lawyer arrives at the scene, he asks him whether he knew that his sister had eloped with someone else. He then asks Pious about that incident when she was ten years old and 9 years later when she was 16 after their father died.
